The claims of the expert witness who gave whatever information he felt like giving to you have clearly surfaced once more to spread fictitious nonsense.

As I have seen in the media, the claims in the main indictment are the same.

It consists of the claims that have already been destroyed by the evidence and the documents that we presented in two files to the prosecutor’s office. I hope the court will take into consideration the answers in the files that we carefully prepared,and that they will look into them.

He advised the members of the TBMM commission not to be deceived too easily.

As it is essential that you are correctly informed for this historic task of yours, I have felt obliged to go so far as to convey to you some information about the KozaIpek Group.

KozaIpek Holding is a group of companies, almost a century old, founded and managed by the Ipek family. Its financial accountshave beenapproved by an internationally recognised expert, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and its ore reserves have been approved by an internationally recognised expert, the SRK(earth and water resource services). There is nearly 600 million USD in cash and 20 billion dollars worth of ore reserves.

The company has no debts. (zero debt)

The owners and the managers have never even been given a traffic fine. They have devoted their lives to humanitarian causesand to the lives of others.

There is a news article saying that someone is interested in buying the KozaIpek Group. I wasn’t going to take it seriously but it’s found a place in the media. A company that is noteven worth10 million USDcannot buy a group with 600 million USD in cash, and ore reserves of 20 billion USD approved by the SRK (Earth and Water resource services).

There is something behind this.

The Anadolu News Agency announced that the Ankara 4th Assize Court has applied to the Ministry of Justice for the extradition of AkınIpek. If only someone could say what AkınIpek has done wrong and then I could answer. However, there are only all these nonsensical absurdities and I feel obliged to answer them.

The complaints about me in the 4th Assize Court that I have heard about through the media are as follows: My company’s crescent moon and star logo is actually Halley’s Comet. Halley’s Comet is on banknotes as well.

My logo is not Halley’s Comet;  it’s the Crescent Moon & Star

I don’t know who else is using this Halley’s Comet as a symbol. What I know is my logo is not Halley’sComet, it’s the CRESCENT MOON& STAR.

At the end of 2015, A judge confiscated my group of companies, including my family’s shares, on the suspicion that I had a meeting in the Smurf Village in order to commit a crime. He gave it to the trustees. The Smurf Village is a cartoon village.

KOZA IPEK is a group of companies that were founded nearly a century ago, when my deceased father, who died early of a work-related illness, was a child, and that we have been working to expand ever since.

We haven’t used any privileges from the state. We haven’teven worked with a state bank. There is no government institution left which hasn’t investigated our group of companies;

There isn’t a single crime. There is no trial, not even an indictment.

There are just all these nonsensical fictitious claims that are hidden from us, but which I hear about through the media, and all of which I have answered on this platform. Read more

They haven’t yet reached the bottom of their lies, their slander and their plotting. They lied about 18 tonnes of gold being buried atthe Angel’s Hotel. Now, they have reduced that lie to 50 kilos. (It has been reduced from some 800 million USD to 2 million USD.)

Fifty kilos of gold is 4-5 bars. It will fit into a bag.

Every bar of gold bullion has a number on it. It is known when and where it was produced. The amount of gold bullion at the plant is known before it is produced. As soon as the gold bullion bars are produced, they are numbered and put in the safe. You can’t just come in the middle of the night and steal the gold in twenty minutes. The system won’t allow the theft.

An obligatory statement to the public. They wrote and broadcasted such completely unreasonable claims, ludicrous slander, that 18 tonnes of gold was buried and searched for, and even found, according to some news articles, at my Angel’s Hotel, Marmaris.

I didn’t touch on it as it was such a ridiculous lie that no one could possibly take any notice of it. But even Fox TV broadcasted it as though it was serious news.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE LIE AND SLANDER

Koza Gold’s current underground reserves and those of the past ten years have been determined by 3D underground maps showing everything from the number of tonnes to the number of grams. It was approved regularly by an independent international audit company, SRK (earth and water resource services).

The Koza İpek group was taken from its owners about a year ago. It was given to trustees. The reasons given for this were: meeting in the Smurf Village to commit crimes, having a perfect accounts system, etc.

That’s what the judge’s ruling says. That the Smurf Village is fictional, and that all other claims are groundless came to light just after the trustees were appointed.

THERE IS NO CRIME. THERE IS NO CRIMINAL. BUT THERE IS NO ONE LISTENING, EITHER.

After a year, while the trustees were still in office, they all of a sudden ruled, that the company should be transferred to the TMSF (Savings Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey).  The reason for that is clear. They are planning to sell the Group’s assets. There is no indictment, let alone a trial.
