The Anadolu News Agency announced that the Ankara 4th Assize Court has applied to the Ministry of Justice for the extradition of AkınIpek. If only someone could say what AkınIpek has done wrong and then I could answer. However, there are only all these nonsensical absurdities and I feel obliged to answer them.

The complaints about me in the 4th Assize Court that I have heard about through the media are as follows: My company’s crescent moon and star logo is actually Halley’s Comet. Halley’s Comet is on banknotes as well.

My logo is not Halley’s Comet;  it’s the Crescent Moon & Star

I don’t know who else is using this Halley’s Comet as a symbol. What I know is my logo is not Halley’sComet, it’s the CRESCENT MOON& STAR.

The patent belongs to me. I designed it. Apparently, I got my hands on the Bergama mining plant.
I have answered this numerous times. Let me answer once more.

In 2004, Newmont came to the end of the gold production that it had planned for and put the Bergama plant, whose ore reserves were about to finish, on the market.

At the end of 2004, Newmont sold the Bergama gold plant to a foreign mining company, Frontier. It announced this to the public. The reason for the sale was that the ore reserves were about to finish.

The sales price was decided at 40 million USD which was the USD value of the remaining ore reserves. In 2004, a dispute occurred between Newmont and Frontier as to the date of the first installment.

In 2005, Koza bought the Bergama plant, accepting the payment plan in the agreement with Frontier for 40 million USD, the price specified by Newmont. A year and a half after Koza bought the Bergama gold plant, the gold ore reserves were finished.

That’s the story of the Bergama Plant

There is no other complaint that I know of. (WHAT ELSE CAN IT BE, MY FRIEND???) I think the Ministry of Justice needs to open a case in the UK.

I WILL THEN HAVE THE CHANCE TO HAVE THE LAWFUL RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF THAT I HAVE BEEN YEARNING FOR.
