Dear Chairman of the TMSF and the trustees,

The chairman of the SPK, VahdettinErtas, and the members of the SPK have fined the KozaIpek Group and its managers a great deal over a short period of time.

And in answer to our request to appeal to the boarding our opening remarks, they decided to increase the fines, as if they hadn’t fined us enough already.

There is, however, a problem:

All the board members of the Koza Group including the independent ones, were insured internationally between 2009 and 2015 against all monetary fines resulting from being on the board. The SPK fines are clearly covered by this.

The Koza Ipek Group used to declare its financial tables to the public every three months until the appointment of the trustees.

The trustees, on the other hand, are not declaring the financial tables for the one and a half year period of their management.

The Koza Group should currently have more than 700 million USD cash. And no debt from loans. After the fight between the trustees, we wondered why the cash had gone down to 250 million USD…

Some extracts in the news about the trustees that were appointed to the Koza Ipek Group ending up in a police station. Hikmet Keles says, “Mustafa Akcil told me that he wanted to change the manager of the hotel. I told him that all activities carried out at the hotel are known by all the state institutions and that the main purpose behind changing the manager of the hotel was to disrupt the activities and that was treason.”

At that point, I became angry. I wanted to throw the tea glass at the wall, but the glass hit Mustafa Akcil.

“These three trustees have ties to FETO and Akin Ipek. I am making an official complaint about them. They are members of FETO.”

I read the claims about me in the main indictment. I prepared my answers and provided evidence. To cut a long story short, the prosecutor says: You went into the media business, my friend. The journalists working for your media companies didn’t join the Pool Media.

There were no lies or slander.

You turned a blind eye to all this.  Everyone came to your media companies. When they attacked your media companies, every fraction of society supported you.

Fatih Portakal has published a new book called ‘I’M NOT STUPID!’.  He has included me in his book. If I had known he would question me, I would have happily answered him. That’s okay.

You can’t demolish a building just because you don’t like a few bricks in the wall.

They have transferred 691 companies to the TMSF.  If you take these companies from those who founded and expanded them and give them to random irrelevant people who haven’t sweated a drop of blood,

They will become KIT,state-owned institutions

You will be left with kitchen utensils and a pile of junk machinery. You will have slaughtered the hen that laid the golden egg, and you won’t find any gold inside either. Kozahas been the only gold mining company to find gold and to set up plants in Turkey in the past 13 years. Despite this, they have taken its money and the four working plants. In fact, it was going to set up three more plants. According to SRK reports, it has the potential to create resources worth more than 30 billion USD.

It was going to continue its development performance over the next ten years as it has done for the last ten years.

The news piece in Sabah and Takvim today reads: The Secretariat of the Treasury has presented a report on Akin Ipek’s company, Koza Gold Co. to the Parliamentary Coup Investigation Commission:

Koza Gold produced 46 tonnes of gold bars between 2001 and 2006.

Only 11.7 tonnes of this were sold to the Gold Exchange and the rest, some 34 tonnes, amounting to 4.5 billion TL, was exported without any transactiontaking place in the Gold Exchange. (THEY HAVE NOW DRAGGED UP SOMETHING FROM15 YEARS AGO TO FABRICATE A CRIME.)

Dear valued members of the Parliamentary Coup Investigation Commission;  I don’t know in relation to what or for what cause Koza Gold Co. came to be on your agenda. As you know, trustees were appointed due to a ridiculously absurd slander that donation gold was collected and shown as production. The company has been in the management of trustees ever since.

Today two-car loads of people came to the house at a time when my hadji mother is really being put through the mill. They said they were from the TMSF and that they were going to look round the house.

When they were asked for their ID and documents, it became clear that they were estate agents. The man said they were buying the house. My hadji mother:

How can this be, son? This is our house, and we’ve been paying rent for a year, as well

she said. Apparently, they are going to come again tomorrow with documents from the TMSF.
