i) The voice recording of the conversation between Fethullah Gulen and an unidentified person in a joke, taking place late autumn of 2013, which was uploaded to YouTube on 22.01.2014.

I am reading the main indictment. What is this? For God’s sake. Reading this is enough of a punishment for anyone. It’s a good job that the court said that the whole indictment didn’t need to be read out. Summarize it, they said, as I’ve heard.

Finally, the main indictment in which my name is mentioned, and which lots of people and institutions in Turkey have been waiting for, has come to the surface. Apparently, it’s going to be read tomorrow.

They don’t allow our own lawyers to defend us.

I heard that our state is assigning lawyers from the bar association. I understood the reason for this after seeing the bits about me that appeared in the media. They might not have allowed any defence or any right to answer this indictment. Thank God for this. I thank all those in charge.

We have now left 2014, 2015 and 2016,the investigation years of Koza Ipek, behind. Since September 2015, there has been a trustee management – that’s nearly 14 months. 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months have passed, and we have been patiently waiting for it to finish.

An article in today’s Star Newspaper: Apparently, my men used go to the Ivory Coast and Ghana to buy gold and diamonds because they were cheap there, and bring them over and launder them through the Koza plant.

Oh, dearie, dearie me! Donation gold has become pineapples from Ghana…

I’ve heard that the main indictment has been prepared. They’ve drawn a pyramid and given me a grey colour code on one of the lower levels. The Financer… In independent modern courts, the first question to be asked to the claimant is:

What is your evidence?

In my imaginary world… I thought that… Someone told me that…We’ve decided that… Statements like these are not acceptable as answers. And those statements that people were made to give by force, or by being bribed or blackmailed are not acceptable either. If there isn’t any evidence, there isn’t a claim, there is slander.

Since it was founded, the Koza Ipek Group has been thoroughly and regularly inspected by all state institutions and independent international audit companies. In 2014, due to a suspicion, they started an investigation. To better investigate it, they appointed trustees at the end of 2015.
