What the news about the Ipek Group’shotel, Angels Marmaris, suggests;

SINCE THE PROSECUTOR WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND ACRIME ORANY CRIMINAL EVIDENCE,
he included as criminal evidence in the indictment file, the services that an institution,which operated in line with the purpose of its foundation as a commercial enterprise, carried out in accordance with the natural flow of life.

He tried to pull some names out with his tweezers to create a certain perception.

Things like, who stayed in the hotel, how much they paid, etc…

The indictment concerning the KozaIpek group finally came out at the end of 3 years.
We read it in the Pool Media before we were able to get hold of a copy of it.

Three separate Masakteams, countless Treasury audits, 5 separate trustees…

No crime found

They have allocated the Ipek Group’s large aeroplane to a politician’s son.

They have finished the giant Koza Ipek Group that my deceased father set up and to which I have devoted 35 years of my life.

They have not finished their investigation of suspicion which has been going on for the past three years and for which trustees have been appointed.

As I understand, the MASAK investigation report has been concluded.

Let me give you some information about Ipek University which was closed down in a day, without any questions asked or any pretext, and which then became an office for the wife of  Numan Kurtulmus, who is known as a pious man.
It is a Fine Arts university built without any privileges from the government and without any financial help from outside the KozaIpek group. Nearly all the students at the university are there on a scholarship, and it is a source of great honour for Turkey.

For the last two years no one, myself included, could get any information about the company and the case, apart from the Pool Media newspaper ,Sabah, which got some information from the prosecutor’s office and published a news piece about me. Here it is:

‘Some officials in charge of the investigation have deleted some digital data that belonged to KozaIpek. They then reported this to Pennsylvania.’

My answer:

1. The financial data of KozaIpek cannot be deleted; an international accountancy system called SART is used.
2. No one has to send any data anywhere because all data has anyway been made public every 3 months and is on record. There is no confidential information.
3. Since the beginning of the investigation, as we have learnt from the media, 3 chairmen in MASAK alone have changed. That means, not only one but many teams have made investigations. THERE IS NO CRIME. Neither MASAK nor any other institution can find a crime that doesn’t exist. That’s gone on record.

Today, Oda TV has published a news piece about me by taking an extract from the Pool Media:

“There are terrible claims circulating about Akin Ipek’s fortune. The supervisor who was appointed during the time of the trustee management was dismissed when he discovered the corruption.”

Apparently, it was me who requested the Prime Minister’s Office to do this.
