The Trusteeship Phase at Koza Ipek

The Trusteeship Phase at Koza Ipek. During the process of firing information at all the different official bodies, answering all questions with proof of documentation on time, all of a sudden, a report prepared by an expert witness sprang up that we knew nothing about.

They never asked us for an explanation of this report nor for any information or documentation and we were not given any chance to defend ourselves.

The expert witness’s name wasn’t listed on the judicial list of expert witnesses and it later came to light that he didn’t have alicenceto be one, as he had a criminal record.

Why was the police raid necessary

After the police raid, we reproached the officials from MASAK, (the Financial Crimes Investigation Board), the Ministry of Finance and the SPK (Capital Markets Board of Turkey), all of whom we realready stationed at the companies and had already done a few rounds of inspections and who, incidentally, were raided with us by the police. We asked them,  Why was the police raid necessary? You were already here.

What document did you want that you didn’t get from us?

THEY DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE RAID.  The MASAK team, appointed by the Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office in 2014 as the official expert witnesses to investigate us did not know about the raid.

MASAK, the Ministry of Finance and the SPK

In August 2015, MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board), the Ministry of Finance and the SPK (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) practically moved into our company’s headquarters and performed their inspections one after another.

In some of our companies, they were on the third round of inspections.

All the necessary information and documentation was instantly submitted to them. Meanwhile, all other government bodies were inspecting the mining plants with a fine tooth-comb – over and over again, and each time for a different reason.

Koza Ipek is one of the largest and strongest companies in Turkey

Koza Ipek is one of the largest, strongest and most successful companies in Turkey, and also one of the biggest tax-paying companies in the country.  Along with its commercial objective (and of no less importance), it has an objective to be of value to society. To me, this is a must for every company in the business sector.

Having a media group among the companies, which actsfor the benefit of the general public, all the companies in the group are supervised not only by state institutions but also by members of the public. And rightly so.

KozaIpek –The realities after 9 Months of Trusteeship

KozaIpek –The realities after 9 Months of Trusteeship. After this prolonged period of trusteeship, we have witnessed the crazy excavation and drilling that has taken place in the hotel gardens, in SECRET, in a ludicrous search for gold. With the realitiesthere in our hands for all to see,we keep asking for justice to be done.

To the best of our ability, as an active prayer, we have started all possible judicial proceedings, both in Turkey and internationally, and we will continue to do so.

I would like to summarise to the whole judiciary world, to the public and to friends, what has happened up until today.

Here is the answer to where the gold is in the hotel

Here is the answer to where the gold is in the hotel: Can the trustees ask the former staff informer whether the two boats mentioned came in the year when the building of the hotel was completed?

Were tonnes of gold carried from the boats in bags? Was the gold that was carried then taken to Secret Sea?  I think the answer is yes.

That was our gold from Egypt. Gold sand.

It was poured into the Secret Sea which was allocated for female guestsstayingat the hotel.  And part of it is also in the main beach.

Who saw the tonnes of gold being transported and buried?

You Trustees who have been digging here and there at the hotel and creating havoc for months in your search for gold, is your informer the only person who saw the tonnes of gold being transported and buried? Is there nobody else in Bandırma, Bergama or at the docks who saw it?

18 tonnes of gold is equal to 600 thousand ounces, which is worth 800 million USD.

It would take Koza Gold nearly three years to produce that quantity of gold. That is, you need approximately 150 days of casting and 1,000 days of production.

Today’s news in the Sabah and Takvim newspapers is incredible!

Today’s news in the Sabah and Takvim newspapers is incredible! I am going to touch on this news because it sums up perfectly what has been done to us up until today. The news reads:

AkınIpek buried 18 tonnes of gold in the grounds of the Angel’s Peninsula Hotel

Apparently, they are drilling 40 meters into the ground to search for gold. The gold was transported from Bergama to Bandırma and then to the hotel by boat. Apparently, I did that to avoid tax.

Eid Mubarak to everyone

On the one side, there is the joy of Eid, and on the other, the sorrow of Eid, Eid Mubarak to everyone. By Divine Destiny, we are on the side of sorrow.

On this side there are the families of martyrs

And on this side there are those whose innocent father, son or brother has been put in prison, those who have been slandered and whose belongings have been confiscated, those whose jobs have been terminated, and those who have been tyrannized and unfairly victimized.
Thanks be to God, under all circumstances.
