EXPLANATION OF THE EVENT: I was appointed to Angels Marmaris Hotel on 09/12/2015 as the General Manager by the team of trustees who were appointed to the hotel.

The trustees had made an agreement with the company,Sismik Mining, Engineering & Underground Search Ltd based in Ankara.Their aim was to dosome field work.Over a two-week period, a thorough seismic study, using 16 different methods, was carried out, with the help of satellite pictures. As a result of the study, it was reported by the aforementioned company on 21/05/2016, that 96 tonnes of gold had been found along with a room which is referred to as a dead room covered with a special material, near the store room where the gold is buried in the ground. BASED ON REAL EVENTS.

IT ALL BEGAN ON THE 9THOF DECEMBER 2015.

From Akin Ipek’s hotel,
18 tonnes of gold, 500 million USD,
250 million Euros were confiscated.
That will pay for the 4th bridge

SUBJECT: REGARDING THE 96 TONNES OF GOLD BURIED IN THE GARDEN OF THE HOTEL NAMED ANGELS MARMARIS THAT BELONGS TO AKIN IPEK IN TURGUT VILLAGE IN MARMARIS.

The pretext for the appointment of trustees that the so-called expert witness wrote in 2015 read exactly like this:

The fact that there is no fault…

In countries like Turkey which have volatile economic conditions, it does not suit financial, technical or commercial realities that companies would not have improprieties in their corporate structures where large sums of money are exchanged. There is no perfect corporation, accounting system or financial structure in the world.

Years have passed since the appointment of trustees to the KozaIpek Group on this pretext.

IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT THERE WAS ONE FLAWLESS COMPANY.

As time passes by, it will be understood better.

IT IS LIKE THAT IN THE LAW, TOO.

One day when they look back on the past,
They will be horrified to see how far they went.
I am sure they will be resentful but:
“Life is a picture drawn without the use of a rubber.”

THEY HAVE STOLEN LIVES BY FABRICATING CRIMES.

I HAVEN’T EVEN ESCAPED WITH ONE USD. ALL THE MONEY

ALL OF THEM WERE BUILT OFFICIALLY AND THE MAJORITY OF THEM WERE GIVEN TO THE STATE AS DONATIONS.

ONE SHOULD ASK THOSE SCUMBAGS WHO SLANDER AND FABRICATE CRIMES ABOUT US,
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

Why is the court not ending the trusteeship?
Is there any evidence that they haven’t collected over the previous two years?
Is there any question left without an answer?
Has the ‘MASAK’ investigation report not arrived yet?

The answer: all the evidence has been collected, all questions have been answered, and all
by the audit reports from independent international companies.

They have removed my family’s name from the schools which I donated to the Ministry of Education; from the buildings I donated to the Ministry of Religious Affairs; from Ipek University, and from the hostels I built for Ipek University. This, however, was not enough.

They have confiscated Ipek University which I spent years on and put my heart and soul intoevery brick.On top of all this, they have slandered me, saying I was, “a traitor who collected donations by abusing people’s religious feelings.” I have prepared a little series of letters as a memorandum forthe history books.

I have drawn a very general picture.

Dear President of Religious Affairs, I have heard that you are broadcasting from Ipek University.

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) says:

“Religion is good morals.”

Could you shed more light on the meaning of good morals for the Muslim world?

There is some misunderstanding about rightful due, slander and seizure.

And,

Can we call those who swear at people’s mothers and wives,calling their virtue into question, with the Qur’an in their hands perverts?

I return these disgraceful swear words to their owners.

Let them say them whilst looking in the mirror.
