They have allocated the Ipek Group’s large aeroplane to a politician’s son.

They have finished the giant Koza Ipek Group that my deceased father set up and to which I have devoted 35 years of my life.

They have not finished their investigation of suspicion which has been going on for the past three years and for which trustees have been appointed.

As I understand, the MASAK investigation report has been concluded.

NO CRIME WAS FOUND.

THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING PRESSURE ON THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SPK.

THE MAN WHO HAS BEEN INVESTIGATING AND AUDITING THE IPEK COMPANIES, WHICH HAVE DECLARED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 40 TIMES IN THE LAST TEN YEARS, IS ISSUING FINES, DAY AND NIGHT, AS IF HE HAD NEVER INVESTIGATED THE COMPANIES BEFORE. HE IS MAKING CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS.

ALL THE ISSUES HE IS MAKING CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT, ARE THOSE THAT WE HAVE DECLARED NUMEROUS TIMESIN OUR APPROVED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

The rest is just fabrication and hot air.

I have nothing to say to the Prosecutor’s Office or to the chairman of the SPK.

And I have nothing to say to those who are looting the group’s and the family’s assets or to those who see the looting as just. This is not the time.

I am writing sothat people with morals and a conscience are not confused.

The KozaIpek Group is not state-ownedor a state partnership.

It is a 75-year-old group of companies that were set up and expanded by the Ipek Family.

THE GROUP HAS NEVER USED ANY GOVERNMENT PRIVILEGES, HAS BEEN THE SECOND HIGHEST TAX PAYING PRIVATE COMPANY IN TURKEY and has always been observant of the rules and regulations.

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SPK HAS PUT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO ONE SIDE and he’s been going on about ‘similar’, ‘other examples’, ‘the others’, etc.

You can’t just pass comment on issuesfor which there are legal regulations, my friend.

You have to check whether or not they are in accordance with the law.
