For the last two years no one, myself included, could get any information about the company and the case, apart from the Pool Media newspaper ,Sabah, which got some information from the prosecutor’s office and published a news piece about me. Here it is:

‘Some officials in charge of the investigation have deleted some digital data that belonged to KozaIpek. They then reported this to Pennsylvania.’

My answer:

1. The financial data of KozaIpek cannot be deleted; an international accountancy system called SART is used.
2. No one has to send any data anywhere because all data has anyway been made public every 3 months and is on record. There is no confidential information.
3. Since the beginning of the investigation, as we have learnt from the media, 3 chairmen in MASAK alone have changed. That means, not only one but many teams have made investigations. THERE IS NO CRIME. Neither MASAK nor any other institution can find a crime that doesn’t exist. That’s gone on record.

A COMPANY WHOSE INTENTION IT IS TO DO ILLEGAL BUSINESS WOULD NOT HAVE ITSELF AUDITED.

Until the appointment of the trustees, my companies, however,

had been audited by independent international companies:

by PwC, for the accuracy of financial statements,

by SRK, for the metal reserves and production,

by ALS, for the analysis of gold tenor,

by BDO, for the tenders inside and outside the group and purchases.
I have repeated numerous times that the trustee management has changed five times. It is impossible not to have gathered the evidence in three years and for the MASAK REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF THEIR INVESTIGATIONS NOT TO HAVE BEEN FINISHED.

YOU CAN’T FIND A CRIME IN MY GROUP. IF YOU FABRICATE ONE, I WILL ANSWER IT WITH EVIDENCE.

IF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE HAVE FINISHED GATHERING THE EVIDENCE AND HAVE FINALISED THE INVESTIGATION, MASAK SHOULD ANNOUNCE THE REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF THEIR INVESTIGATION AND SHOULD FREE MY BROTHER FROM JAIL AND CANCEL THE TRUSTEE MANAGEMENT.

This is the proceeding that they need to follow from the point of law, moral integrity, and the heart.
