THE MATTER WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE
THE MAN STARTED LISTING THE MYSTERIES ONE BY ONE.

EXPLANATION OF THE EVENT: I was appointed to Angels Marmaris Hotel on 09/12/2015 as the General Manager by the team of trustees who were appointed to the hotel.

The trustees had made an agreement with the company,Sismik Mining, Engineering & Underground Search Ltd based in Ankara.Their aim was to dosome field work.Over a two-week period, a thorough seismic study, using 16 different methods, was carried out, with the help of satellite pictures. As a result of the study, it was reported by the aforementioned company on 21/05/2016, that 96 tonnes of gold had been found along with a room which is referred to as a dead room covered with a special material, near the store room where the gold is buried in the ground. One evening, soon after the date of the report, I was invited to a restaurant by a friend who was most insistent, even though I told him that I was very busy and I wouldn’t be able to come. I saw two women sitting with my friend in the restaurant I was obliged to go to. A short while after I sat down, my friend made an excuse and got up from the table. I was left alone with the two women who I didn’t know. From the conversation I understood that this dinner invitation was part of a plan and there was a reason behind it. One of the women got straight to the point and said:

‘WE KNOW WHAT TYPE OF STUDY YOU ARE CARRYING OUT AT THE HOTEL. WE HAVE AN OFFER FOR YOU. GIVE US A NIGHT AND WE WILL TAKE ALL THE THINGS IN THE HOTEL GARDEN AND YOU WILL TAKE 5 MILLION USD AND KEEP QUIET ABOUT IT.’ When she made this offer, I understood that the study I was carrying out and the gold that was detected in the ground and all the information about it was true. I confirm that the things I am going to say below and the things that were done to me afterwards were all to do withme not telling anyone else about this and that it was about secretly disposing of the gold. I learned from my investigations that the person who had made the offer was Akin Ipek’s secretary. Upon my negative reply to this offer,the woman who had made the offer said to me, “Maybe you thought that this offer was in Turkish Lira or you did not see it on the screen of the calculator.Change the 5 million USD into Turkish Lira if you like.” Andshe repeated the offer. I gave the same answer and I got up from the table.
