Why is the court not ending the trusteeship?
Is there any evidence that they haven’t collected over the previous two years?
Is there any question left without an answer?
Has the ‘MASAK’ investigation report not arrived yet?

The answer: all the evidence has been collected, all questions have been answered, and all
by the audit reports from independent international companies.

Has the president of the SPK added a parallel regulation as an addition to the administrational procedure that is determined by law, rules, regulations and declarations?
Why doesn’t anyone know about it? Why hasn’t he declared it?
If there is a procedure that has not been declared, how can he apply it?
Despite having confessed that there wasn’t a parallel expert report, the president himself used that parallel report; he made a long calculation and issued a fine.

When they could not find any crime according to existing law, they invented imaginary crimes against non-existing regulations.
This is called crime fabrication.
Has the SPK not been looking at the activity reports that we have issued 16 times over the past 8 years, my friend?

For the last two years, the trustees haven’t had audits done by independent international companies.
Corruption happens in companies which are not audited and which do not issue reports.
We complied letter by letter with the law, and all the rules and regulations, declarations and procedure written in Turkish and in international law. We even fulfilled those responsibilities that were not compulsory by law.
As there is a significant difference between fact and fiction, there is an obvious line between a claim and a slander. That line is called, ‘EVIDENCE’, my friend.
