The Koza Gold Himmet Dede mining plant is the first and only Turkish mining plant to have been discovered and made into a plant in the last 12 years.

After 5 years of searches, starting in 2012, the construction of the plant took 4 years and it cost 110 million USD (192 million TL).

THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF RESERVE GOLD TO BE PRODUCED IS 5 BILLION TL.

Before construction of the Himmet Dede started, the international consulting practice, the SRK prepared a 500-page feasibility report and estimated the project would cost 130 million USD.

Despite the fact that it wasn’t a legal requirement, an international consulting practice approved by the SPK was consulted and asked if the project was worth that amount and as a result the 275-page report was approved, and the construction work started.

The plant with an ore capacity of 6,000,000 tonnes started production but whilst the construction was underway the construction agreement was cancelled by the trustees on their side.

Seven years later, the SPK has made a criminal complaint about me and my brother, who has no legal responsibility, before the construction was finished,on the grounds thatKoza Gold Co. was caused a loss.

FOR THIS REASON, MY BROTHER HAS BEEN IN JAIL FOR A YEAR…

Last month, they added up the official capital increases for the last seven years that were shown in my approved financial tables and made another criminal complaint. And as this was not enough, they issued my brother and I a penalty of 760 million TL.

They want the capital that I put into my companies back from me???

The same SPK chairman, VahdettinErtas, told the inexperienced, uneducated, temporary trustees who signed a service purchasing agreement worth 1 billion TL, which will be in effect for three years that they didn’t need to worry about 2016, and that there is no need for accounts in 2017.
