Finally, the main indictment in which my name is mentioned, and which lots of people and institutions in Turkey have been waiting for, has come to the surface. Apparently, it’s going to be read tomorrow.

They don’t allow our own lawyers to defend us.

I heard that our state is assigning lawyers from the bar association. I understood the reason for this after seeing the bits about me that appeared in the media. They might not have allowed any defence or any right to answer this indictment. Thank God for this. I thank all those in charge.

I don’t know the lawyer.He’s a member of the Ankara Bar Association.I’m sure he’s highly esteemed. And he will fulfill the task assigned to him by our state. I am obliged to send him some information about the case on this platform as this is a forced and abrupt get together. I don’t want him to be confused.

First of all, he can saythis comfortably from the beginning;

The claims about my client mentioned in the MAIN INDICTMENT have been investigated and decided on as part of the investigation that has been continuing since 2014.

The answers have been submitted to the prosecutor’s office with the evidence.

The evidence is the activity reports and the official financial records that have been declared every 3 months and independent domestic and international financial audit reports. The one-and-a-half-year management by the trustees is there to be seen.

If there is any issue amongst that evidence, that doesn’t reflect the truth or that constitutes a crime, he can say that Akin Ipek is guilty and that he is going to recuse himself from the case.

I am going to answer the claims in the indictment one by one on this platform.

The rest remains with the heart and dignity of the judiciary.

The truth will come to the surface in one way or another.

On another note, there are claims of grave corruption in the companies, especially in the hotel.

Can the prosecutors and the TMSF look into this?
