At the end of 2015, A judge confiscated my group of companies, including my family’s shares, on the suspicion that I had a meeting in the Smurf Village in order to commit a crime. He gave it to the trustees. The Smurf Village is a cartoon village.

KOZA IPEK is a group of companies that were founded nearly a century ago, when my deceased father, who died early of a work-related illness, was a child, and that we have been working to expand ever since.

We haven’t used any privileges from the state. We haven’teven worked with a state bank. There is no government institution left which hasn’t investigated our group of companies;

There isn’t a single crime. There is no trial, not even an indictment.

There are just all these nonsensical fictitious claims that are hidden from us, but which I hear about through the media, and all of which I have answered on this platform.

WE ARE TOTALLY INNOCENT.

Allah is my witness, my innocent brother has been in jail for six months.  Now, all of a sudden our university and family foundation have been shut down even though we haven’t received any donations from outside. The students were put out on the street.

They have erased my father’s name from the mosques which I donated to the Ministry of Religious Affairs in my father’s name. They have removed my hadji mother’s name from the schools that we built and donated.

One guy is recounting all this on TV, and with pride, with no shame. One would think he was talking about a hostel that he had built himself.

They have removed the Koza emblem from my companies.NOW THEY’RE THEIRS. EASY, ISN’T IT?

For the last year trustees have been managing my companies, and now they say that they have transferred the management of ourassetsto the TMSF. Some other trustees have been appointed. There isn’t anyone who can ask why.

There is a rumour that they are going to sell the successful companies and close the other ones. There are previous acquaintances of mine among the opportunists whose mouths are watering,  May their tongues turn dry. They still talk about religion.

It is as though a spell has been cast over these people.There are those who can’t breathe and there are the others, most of whom don’t care about anything other than themselves. Today, it’s a disaster for those whose fathers and sons were taken from them without even a trial when they were wealthy and  respected yesterday.
May Allah (SWT) give salvation,as soon as possible, to those who are innocent and persecuted regardless of their religion, tongue, sect or identity.

May He give light to our Land.
