I have summarized what we have lived through since the police raid, the trustee scandals, and the SPK’s (Capital Markets Board of Turkey’s) four criminal complaints and I have given my answers.

These explanations are ones that have been published for years and officially announced, and can be viewed by the public. They are explanations that are shown in our financial tables.

The accuracy and the reality of our financial tables has been approved, recorded, and announced some 100 times by all official bodies including the Ministry of Finance, and by some of the largest international auditors such as: ‘PwC’ and ‘SRK’.

There is no chance or possibility of any criminal activity.

You won’t find any decent, honest or good-hearted judicial authority in the world who would say that these are crimes because:

ALL OPERATIONS WERE CARRIED OUT,TO THE LETTER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LAW, WITH NO EXCEPTION.

THERE IS MORE BUT NOT LESS.

There isn’t a single dollar that is off the records or unlawful.

I hope the SPK will review its decisions after our appeals to the related courts, and they will put an end to this catastrophe, because new tragedies are piling up every day.

After nine months, the trustees:

have even refused the proposal that the family’s housing rent and expenses, at least,should be paid with their own money from the company as they don’t have any income. And as if this wasn’t enough, a news report by Pool Media makes out that we are asking for someone else’s money.

The trustees have opened a debt collection lawsuit on behalf of the owners of the company (us) against the board (again us) for all the decisions we have taken over the last eight years,due tothe criminal complaints of the SPK to which I gave the above answers.

Despite the fact that they are sitting on our whole fortune, they have asked for a provisional injunction to stop us accessing our personal fortune.

They have stuck a notification on my sister’s and mother’s house.

Hasn’t there been enough nonsense?
