KozaIpek –The realities after 9 Months of Trusteeship. After this prolonged period of trusteeship, we have witnessed the crazy excavation and drilling that has taken place in the hotel gardens, in SECRET, in a ludicrous search for gold. With the realitiesthere in our hands for all to see,we keep asking for justice to be done.

To the best of our ability, as an active prayer, we have started all possible judicial proceedings, both in Turkey and internationally, and we will continue to do so.

I would like to summarise to the whole judiciary world, to the public and to friends, what has happened up until today.

I believe there are people in the judiciary world and amongst the authoritative bodies who have aching hearts and who would say enough is enough. There is no way these people don’t exist.

It is equally possible, that some of them believed all the slander against us. I hope they too will see these realities and reassess.

We are now in a period in which the trustees of the Koza Group have started to openly accuse one another of being a member of the ‘parallel state’,in order to continue their reign.

In the future, we’re going to marvel at the realities we have witnessed so far,and we’re going to say, “Did they really go that far?”.

In December 2014, I appeared on a TV programme on Bugün TV/Kanaltürk TV for the first time. It’s not something I would ordinarily wish to do but it was a necessity and I wholeheartedly answered all the questions put to me.It could be said that I summarised my wholelife in that programme.

Before and after that time, and up until now, numerous official bodies such as:the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) and SPK (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) have inspected and audited our group numerous times and found nothing unlawful.

I have always believed that this inspection andthese officially recorded audits have made us stronger and increased the level of trust in us.
