Tekin doesn’t know anything about criminal law because he has never had the need to know anything about it. The lawyers dealt with the small number of cases that came up and did whatever was necessary.

Naturally, the rights of the group and the family are dealt with by their lawyers. The applications to the Constitutional Court (AYM) and the ECHR were prepared by the lawyers and sent to the ECHR.

We learnt from the pool media that the applications to the ECHR were confiscated by the police in Istanbul. THEY OPENED THE LETTERS AND AS IF THAT WASN’T ENOUGH, THEY TOOK COPIES.

Scandal after scandal.
